Nah, I don't think so.....I just finished downloading a movie......what happens, it disconnets from the bis servers, and start using data.....hence the message......do a battery pull, go to host routing table and register again.....it might be a temporary bis problem in your area....even if it shows the bis icon, it doesn't mean bis is active..... * +

The same thing happened to me, you must check that your phone is connected to BIS, mine wasnt connected and it chowed my data. * +
