I wiped my bb 8520 with bbsak..... But bbsak detects my phone as an 8330 and whenever I try to install the new os it tells me that no os was found can someone help me? * +

Try installing the software for The 8330 and see if it installs. If it doesnt them you'll have to take it to your sp to get it sorted * +

bbsak on my end too doesn't detect the OS but it should detect the phone properly. Just load the installed OS with apploader or desktop manager. that will find the OS installed and install it to your phone. * +

did you delete the vendor.xml file search for it and delete then try loading the OS again *
