They meant that you have to upgrade the firmware. On the MAIN MENU, go to OPTIONS then DEVICE then SOFTWARE UPDATES to check if it is up to date. The latest update is 6.0 IF you are still on 5 that is what they meant really. Upgrade to 6 * +

When that happen to me I took it back to the shop I bought it frm,they updated my os for free and within half an hour. * +

Go to DEVICE then STORAGE and ask to remove the memory card to see if it still does that. Maybe there is some file in it that is causing this problem * +

Its in for repairs now at phone shop serious withdrawal symptoms without my phone not happy was told it would be ready 3.30 not getting it back till tomorrow afternoon needs flashed??? whatever the heck that means and needs a new rollerball *
