Hi guys hope someone can help. I have been usin my bbm on Q10 without any problems for a few months. Since lastnight I cannot send or receive msgs whilst using Vodacom sim. However if I connect via wifi or use mtn or cell c bbm works perfectly. Customer care advised that I have to purchase bbm bundles (R19.95 200 mb)I have since purchased bbm bundle but stll no luck with Sendin or recivin bbm msgs. Can some1 plse help, thanks in advance. *

Bbm is on strike too..........ask Vodacom to reactivate your bbm, as simple as that.....its obvious the problem is with them...... *
