Hi. I'm looking for a way to setup my email so that I receive it direct on my phone and not the browser. I used to set it up on the old blackberry site, now I don't know where to find it. * +

which phone and OS are you using. Most blackberries have the option to set up email right on the device. In most cases you just have to put in your username or email address and password and thats it. you will get an activation message and thereafter you will be able to receive mails directly on your phone. * +

I'm using a 9800 and OS6.. When I go to Setup/E-mail Accounts(1)(already have an email account set-up, but can't receive my emails as my bis have been off for a while), I select E-mail Accounts but nothing happens. Just like appworld, it's dead when I try to open it.

depending on your region you need BIS or WIFI to access your emails and basically do most things that require net on a blackberry.Thats why even though your account is set up you still can't receive emails. * +

elo? there is ur problem rite there? ur BIS is OFF??? How do u plan to receive e mails or access app world on a bb if BIS is not active??? * +
