sorry, grammar error. My BIS WAS off. this always happen when my BIS has been off for a while and when I activate it again, it says my e-mail account is suspended. I used to just go on the old blackberry site that in my bookmarks, but now that bookmark direct me to Blackberry World. * +

Try setting up another email address online and setting it up on your phone. If it works then it means that your current email account has been suspended by the host site i.e gmail, yahoo, etc, etc. If that is the case then you have 1 of 2 options, reactivating the suspended account or sticking to your new one * +
