My sister's Z10 screen does not turn ON when left idle for long. She has to make a missed call to it sothat the screen would lihgt up. She says that it is faulty, and has to send it in for repaires. The problem is she would have to pay for it as she bought the phone overseas. Is it faulty or maybe its the settings issue *

Like raf said it could be a software prob. But check the settings as it could be set to switch the screen off when on idle. Check the display settings just to make sure. *

normally when you leave the phone idle the screen goes off when you ready to go back to what ur doing you just swipe up *
