when it is booting up it wont load pass the letter e in blackberry and it is stuck there before that it always say built in media storage not accessible blackberry after i put on a another OS it wont load up any helps *

Not enough free memory on the device. Had the same problem on my phone. Had to do a full reset the apps i really needed. Try resetting your phone to factory settings then reinstalling apps you really use. Also try not to store media files on device memory. *
