cell c has been up to kak for the past few months. that's why I jumped ship when I first saw the signs. * +

they throttle you because you are downloading too much * +

not necessarily. I used to buy plenty of bundles and hardly used my BIS to download. I still got throttled and couldn't use my data bundle when throttled. When I asked for proof that I used BIS, they just said its done by independent auditors. so I told them to ask their independent auditors to get them new customers coz they gonna lose plenty this way. * +

i get better speeds than that on EDGE with vodacom and i download daily lol * +

yes I also get 35kbs and the going is slow they even blocked certain sites..downloading at 2am don't make no difference.mxm gotta move to 8ta * +

you should still be able to access blocked sites using ucweb as their traffic goes through a proxy * +
