my Internet went off Thursday - It is a local transmitter problem . Before 8am it works fine - But as demand increases I lose my internet again . I complained to T-Mobile and they are fixing it . My point is. . . Do we need even more phone masts to cope with demand? .. Do you have problems in your area? . * +

The problem seems global.....I'm in SA, but we also get our share of bis problems..... they are normally not in a big hurry to fix problems, as they already have their money.....I mean u must be subscribed to notice the problems, so in conclusion, bis will never be the same again, it will go on untill the demand overshadows availability....that means slow speeds, no connectivity etc....but why should the networks care?...perhaps they will fix it when we reach 1kb/s..or when everything collapses..... * +

This is an issue that happens a lot here in SA as Ungers said, the best thing to do is get plenty people in your area to complain as well and threaten to change to a competitor network, they will jump up when they get plenty of complaints from angry customers wanting to change. *
