just to answer the last part of your message. No, SFI/Radio file can only be downloaded as part of the OS unless someone gets the entire OS and uploads for you just the sfi somewhere for you to download. * +

Personally i wouldnt know as the highest OS version for my phone is .912. As long as it works fine for you no need to try fix that which is not broken. *
