Make your Apn on phone uncapped, as well as Apn authentication uncapped.......be sure to have uc browser sideloaded.....I haven't used my playbbok recently, but its one of my most loved items....there is so much u can do with it, even without bis..... * +

I had to delay getting mine coz I've budgeted for fixing up my car.... so, these uncapped apn settings won't have an effect on a normal blackberry? * +
