My bb 9810 software 7.0 is vodacom brand but using mtn wit bis on it, now I want to update it 7.1 but desktop manager is showing software update not found, pls help * +

update it manually, download the updated OS for it and then wipe the phone clean with bbsak and reinstall with desktop manager. just remember to backup what you deem as important stuff coz wiping it will erase everything. * +

and d 1 of apploader, by 1st deleting vendor then click loader, this process took me 5mins to finish but still d same 7.0 at d end * +

BBSak is 100 precent safe if you know what you doing, here is link for software - http://berryshout.com/ should take longer that 5 min to load your os, search for 7.1 from any vendor, install on pc, delete vedor file, wipe handset with bbsak, run loader , make choices , install ! * +
