i can move the meters around and change the wallpaper so far.To move the meters you have to click on homescreen.I still have to figure the svg out though * +

the moving of the meters is not the problem but exporting or saving that theme after you have done that. have u tried exporting that theme after moving the meters around to be say all over the screen? *
