I have 2 x 9780 BB's, the one BB keeps on restarting, sometimes like 10 times a day, I did a backup, then a wipe, loaded 6.0.0.723, restore the backup but it is still the same, even with mem card out it keeps on restarting. * +

It is not a bat problem because it still restarts with the other BB's bat ! Can it be something in the backup causing the restart ? * +

agreed. try clear it afresh without any restores n see what happens... if its still doing it then it may need a technician to check it thoroughly * +

it could also be the cpu getting too hot then it reboots to cool off * +
