xchantel, the 9300 has a quality build, but sadly lacks ram....that is why u get the spinning clock....nothing can be done about that.....sell it, and try to get a 9780 if possible..... * +

@370455v, did u restart the computer b4 connecting the phone? DM might be corrupt, download the latest version. Wipe the phone with bbsak......b4 trying to upgrade or downgrade firmware...... * +
