Every single effing video that I try and play on my phone doesn't work. It just says unsupported format. I can't even record videos. The videos I want to play all worked a week ago. Wtf! Help please * +

if a battery pull isn't working then it could be a memory card issue. back up while you can and do some disk scans etc on pc. * +

I also have the same problem with mp4.Download Any Dvd Converter and convert ur vids to divx or xvid,that's what I do anyway * +
