It's easy to fixed.. Try it: 1. Pullbat 2. Plugin battery 3. Hold 'back' during reboot.. After that, you will in blackberry 'safe mode'.. Click camera.. Its work you can restart again.. If not work you should update to new os version :) * +

the camera is just loose. pull out de battery and squeeze in de lense u wud hear a pop sound. then put back in de battery. don't squeeze de lense to hard or rough as it cud break *
