BBM wiFi calling coming to blackberry os7 in the next improved bbm, now that's what I call ayoba it's already in beta. Meaning very soon you can call your grandma on bbm through wiFi. Sweet! * +

Not only os7 os6 aswell...... any fone that has wifi.... Well ofcourse we all have to have a active wifi connection to make them calls right? Or it wouldn't work? * +

Buy a cheap Android phone with wifi hotspot capabilities, link your berry, and u should be golden......Secondhand Androids should start @ around R400.......Data usage should be less than 25mb per hour.....I have a Galaxy Ace purely for reloading my playbook firmware, but will use it for wifi calling.....(Now I just need to find someone in Siberia to call)....but to be honest, its a great idea if u have family in another country..... * +

But on the other hand, voice messages on bbm can be exchanged just as easily if u don't mind a time lag, plus its listen, then reply, not one on one.... * +
