Hi, could anyone please assist me? My bbm was not functioning properly yesterday, I could receive messages but when sending it gave me a little red cross. I loaded my BIS last week. So I called vodacom and they could not assist me. * +

they told me to update my bbm, it was up to date though so I updated all my other apps including appworld after doing that my appwolrd disappeared I tried several times to download again but the icon is just missing when going to my third party it showed there so I deleted it again and tried to reinstall but no success * +
