I've send them a E-mail, let's see if they respond to that, I clearly stated Bis, as it gets marketed as Blackberry INTERNET Service, not bbm service, and if I pay for my Internet Service, I demand to get what I paid for!(As I use prepaid, it was paid for in advance!).......plus I would like my service to be as fast as my handset was designed for...... * +
