u can update firmware by connecting to Blackberry Desk Top Manager with PC/laptop n internet OR do it by wifi depending on what BB u have * +

I'm sure they will do it for a fee.....otherwise, visit any cellshop that repair phones, they can update it on site, or send it in for a day....if u were near, I would have helped 4 free...... * +
