I am using digicel jamaica network and I call customer care abt a thousand times abt this error and am tired of it, the thing is every now and then the EDGE on my fone change to edge and I can't get any service from it. And this is a constant problem. Is there a way I can solve this problem permanently? I activated the one month service and I am hardly getting any service from it. * +

your antenna could perhaps be damaged but most likely it's a network error so you'll have to take it up with your service provider * +
