Use blackberry protect to backup all your contacts, alternatively use another camera or phone, and take pictures of your contacts barcodes.....then simply scan it back into your phone after the problem is solved, also check if you have the latest bbm version on your phone...the other way is to write all the pincodes down of your contacts...good luck!..... * +

even in bbm itself you have the option to save your contacts either remotely that is online or locally on your memory card. * +

phly, I saved my contacts once on memory card, but the restore was corrupt, not very reliable..... *
