yes but it won't use bis so if that's your goal scr*pe that thought. otherwise connect phone to pc through use of cable and with desktop manager you can use your phone as a modem * +

depending on the version of your desktop manager you should have an option where it allows you to connect to the internet. if that's not the case, either download the latest version or just download a tethering thingy that will let you do the same * +

no it doesn't. all phones that can access the internet can be used as a modem. I used to connect to the web back in the day via an infared connection. * +
