when you reloaded your os,did you restore a backup of your device settings etc?I have had cases where I restored backup after reloading os and problem still there,but when I reloaded os again without restoring backup problem was gone * +

Ok, go to a friend, use his comp, ask him to download bbsak and your Os. Make sure his anti-virus is up to date, scan your phone, if all clear, wipe with bbsak, then load Os.....if it still does the same thing, you have corrupt mbr on internal memory, google how to fix that.... * +
