just last week I done a phone with that problem, b4 u cn even get to ur home screen that error msg c*ms up with an option to reset and so it goes whole tym, safe mode is ur only bet to remove the corrupt app and if that fails u have to connect with bbsak and factory reset os wipe os, I did fac reset so there wasn't a need to install new os *
