Just the other day I came to know or rather learn that your battery can be copied. Therez this thingy majig that you slot in an original battery on one side and the other side non oem or not so original battery. In like 3 minutes or less the memory of the one is copied to the other. Anyone know more about this? * +

I too didn't know it until just the other day and apparently those batteries won't work until the memory of an original one is copied to them. as for my beloved bb yes I'm happy overall, battery still not on par but its early days. btw new OS for 9810 out. .658 I think * +

I agree with laro and besides isn't is a bit risky using a non oem battery I know I used one in my 5800xm and after 2months it would stay fully charged for about 2hrs then die * +

was able to pull something from the net that explains it better, here is the link http://goo.gl/rist0 The non oem battery will not work on newer devices coz there is a code that the phone looks for in that battery in order for the phone to work.
