I have a 9360 and I'm unable to view pictures,music and videos. The pictures appear as a blank thumbnail. Is there any way to retrieve the media? I tried repairing the card with no luck. Thanks in advance * +

plug your phone into your pc and see if you can view your files from there, if these files are not accessible then its most likely that your memory card is stuffed. only option then is to full format the memory card * +
