Lately whenever I don't have a 3G signal and my phone switches to edge or gprs, my gprs is always faster than my edge while browsing. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I'm on mtn and in centurion * +

EDGE is 2.5g and GPRS is 2g. EDGE can carry data speeds up to 236.8 kbit/s and gprs up to 114 kbps so i dont know how your gprs can be faster. * +

haha really! bb is 1 pointless phone with a huge ego, biggest brainwash since Steve Jobs said iPhone will be the best smart phone ever. Bbm is outdated step y'all game up, because everyone has whatsapp which is reliable,they need to pull the plug or go to Android. (pls love ur phone until you all wakes lol) * +

as a regular user of both Whatsapp n BBM... BBM is far more reliable, quicker n faster than Whatsapp... its the best instant messaging app I've used... n before u say it I've had Android phones, iphone n a Windows phone... I text n message a lot... browse too n find the BB 9900 best for my needs. Only thing I have an issue with BB is the app choices but I don't need apps, that's what my ipad is for or my laptop. * +
