Hi I have a bb 9700 ,it works on all networks,but,I can't use bis,its an mtn phone,if I put a mtn sim in it,it goes on the internet but uses airtym cell c and voda,shows small leters edge,but can make calls and stuff I've also saw the routing table is emty ,I reg. But nothing any solutions? * +

Make sure u have + - R60 airtime on phone, dial *141*11hash, buy BIS, wait little while, or remove bat and replace, Bis should be active, your edge, 3g should now be in cap letters : EDGE, 3G, should also receive a msg saying your handset in now registered on the Blackberry network * +

blackberry bundle? I'm using airtym as I write this if I put the sim in a nother bb it works but the 9700 don't ,the consultend told me I should have 2 browsers, but I only see one,is like somthing must be doen still * +

3G is in capital leters,with no bb symbole next to it * +

it sounds like you must be on the network if you 3G is in CAPS, that is the bundle he is talking about, can you use BBM ? Did you check your APN settings , must leave it empty (settings,device,advanced system settings,tcp ip) * +

You can also resend service books, not 100 percent sure but think you must delete the 5click bisclientconfig entry,restart phone, see if it works, can also phone 555 with mtn sim and ask operator to check if phone is on network and then they can take it from there like reregister phone and resend service books etc * +
