Please can someone help me im going to break my blackcr*ppy i search the hole internet, and phone my service provider without any help i even try a software upate when i update the software it shows fatal error i got a verizone bb 9530 and it shows no service book entries how do i get the entries on my bb please help *

For service book entries, you need bis.....as for the update, use bbsak to completely wipe the device prior to update...... *
