if you buy from indian shops you can expect fake phones anytime,but not if you buy from likely if you buy from a chain store.I once bought a nokia by an indian shop,so when the phone gave me problems I phoned nokias careline and they told me that my phones imei isn't even registered on their system and according to them that emei doesn't even exist.I learned the hard way,never buy a phone by an indian shop * +
