u can normally tell by the build quality too. on ebay I was just browsing around n I saw these very cheap BB looking phones. The main picture was a unbranded stock picture... then when u go to the actual item pictures it they were. clearly fake with odd fonts n colours around the phone. I've never seen a fake that actually looks 100 percent except for some old skool Nokias. plus a fake BB wouldn't have BBM working I guessing??? * +

the thing is with these indian and chinese stores are not that the phones are per say fake u actually get them in dual sim and sometines with an*logue tv the only reason why the imei nr won't register on nokia or bb SA is that it didn't come into the country via them. these stores buy direct from asia or mexico where these models are made and are real bb or nokia models just not meant for SA market as the cellular companies dictate that they won't sell dual or quad sim phones or with an*loque * +

with an*logue tv unless you subscribe to it via the network provider like vodacom does.. let's just call them grey market goods they not illegal imports just not authorised through the networks or cellular brand houses in SA. so if you have an issue with the phone u won't have a guarantee unless ur willing to ship it to asia or someplace that fixes them. * +

I totally disagreeing dats duo sim phones ar original brands of Nokias or Blackberry,,,,Manufacturers of Nokia/BB have never produced a dual sim model until todate *
