Why is vodacom so d*mn slow?I can't download jack!!!!! If the speed isn't to slow the download fails after a few bytes.there anyone out there with the same prob? * +

boet if you've read the forum you'd have realised that vodacom speeds have been like this for good long time, most of us were on vodacom and have now moved over to either cell c or 8ta who's speeds are far better. * +

what i found in my area is that mtn/8ta's signal strength is poor but vodascum's good. so i line up with voda and dwnld with 8ta. morning come its all done. wont renew my contract or port coz i use whichever sim produces results and currently its 8ta * +

I might also get a 8ta sim, now on mtn, download about 30 - 40gb a month but can do better with 8ta because they have very high download speed, how much is their BIS on a prepaid month to month * +

same as others, 60 bucks. when I activated I was one of the first 5000 to join so I won a free month! that's awesome! and on top of that you get 500Mb a month just for youtube! no other network does that to my knowledge. I'm happy with 8ta. * +

Ok that sounds cool and no problems to get BIS going, is there a code like *numbers that you must dial to get your BIS like we do with other networks or must we phone the call centre * +
