I modified a bb 9780 battery for my bb 9900, but it takes some time and effort to do it properly, the casing of the battery, control chip etc, but I did it in 2 hours......major improvement after that, as the discharging threshold is much higher on the 9780 battery,lasted almost as long as on a 9780 but in the end I just couldn't find any love for my 9900, luckily it passed away.........no tears were wasted on it...... * +

if u got it from a shop its just under warranty then... BB has warranty for 12 months in UK... I just don't know what Tmobiles warranty system is with Blackberry as Orange normally do a replacement next day to your address. I find the keys great on my 9900 mate n yeah 7.1 is good update... recommend if anyones on earlier firmware * +
