Past two days I've been really nailing my BIS, did about 8.6GB of continuous downloading, at about 2pm today my speed started dropping until it hit 30kbs. I usually get 75 - 120kbs on ucweb, after pausing and resuming my download I get 3kb static. Just recently it flutters around 30kb-40kb but never higher, it also drops consistently until stabalising at sub 10kbs, is anyone else having this issue or am I a victim of throtling? I'm in pretoria. * +

I don't know about others, but I download games and movies mostly. 8.6GB is very small, I know people who do well over 100GB in a month. Its a data buffet, I can't help it. As of 3am or so my speed has returned to normal, but if that article is anything to go by then probably it'll drop again during the day. just have to wait and see. * +

interestingly enough I've been observing the behaviour of my service books, internet service book 1 being used alone has a max file size of about 15mb and then you get a cr*p server message, the speed on this book seems to be controlled by time of day, its 6:45 and speed is 56kbps, its a stable connection and this book has many sites blocked. decent speed at night though. * +

Book 12 used together is what I a55 ume most use. Book 1 has presidence, speed, blocked sites and throttles and download sizes take from book 1, book 2 seems to give some leniancy on trusted sites like gmail, hotmal, fb, etc and let's you exceed set speed and max file size. I think Book 2 let's you bend the rules book 1 sets. * +
