Did anyone test those links on a pc ? if it works on a pc and not a phone then we can say it might be the SP but if it is also down on the pc then we have our answer * +

has nothing to do with the service providers. the people that own the servers sees the increase in bandwidth being used. so they put a password on the pages or only lets certain IPs access it. *
