If ur on an unlimited data plan ur sp gives a specific amount of data once u go over it they put u on a leash lol but its still unlimited they only slow u down a bit..otherwise it cud be a system upgrade..jamaica is a 3rd world country and on d vurge of 4G technology, internet gives problems at times * +
