Both me and my wife have got new OS7 phones,bt the d*mn things keep reverting to basic settings after we changed ringtones and other such settings? Seems to be doing it automatically? Even sets the number of panels on the home screen by itself? Is this normal??? * +

when you change the settings try pressing the menu key and choose save from there. if it doesn't work then lemme know, I'll do some research and let you know as I'm not familiar with OS7. * +

we do save the changes,bt the next day the phone automatically reverts to default settings.... * +

ok here's what I found out so far, did a search and came across something similar on crackberry, the user had a problem with the universal search settings returning to default, it appears to be an OS bug, the only valid and logical solution is to upgrade to a leaked OS. they recommend upgrading to OS 7.0.0.353, but I recommend you upgrade to OS 7.1. the choice is yours. * +

you should check crackberry, they always have the latest leaked OS with a link and guide to install it * +
