I've got the exact same problem! my download speed has been 1K/S for the past week and its not the signal cos before that I should get a download speed of 14K/S MINIMUM! I refuse to get ripped off by these money hungry sonsof es. and im from the south coast of durban so its gotta be an error on their side and not just the location we're in * +
