When I insert my MTN contract Bis sim into BB 9780 the phone load to 99.99 precent and hangs on loading screen but when I insert my Cell C Bis sim there is no loading problem and phone restar t normal, does this mean I need a sim swop or is there other solution to this problem * +

try another mtn sim if it doesn't hang on the 2nd mtn sim then I'd suggest a sim swop. * +

I will check tomorrow with another mtn sim, was still working fine last night but then I changed sim cards, mtn to cell , when I inserted the mtn card again the problem started, maybe I damanged the sim but I can't see anything wrong with it * +

I had another mtn sim in phone, still hangs, so a sim swop is not the way to go, think I must wipe os and reload , should do the trick, any other idea what might be wrong why it will take another provider sim now but not my mtn contract sim that came with the phone * +

Fixed, a normal os install did not work, I had to wipe phone and install new os . had a backup I made a week ago so I was sorted with all my contacts, bookmarks etc, still not sure what was cause of sim not working *
