yes that is right. As for speeds i used the word maybe so it could be on your side network is just bad but let us know how things go after test driving it for awhile. hope you dont run into issues with Apps that need a apn and dont use BIS as most streaming and radio apps are like that but on my sis phone havent had any issues since she got it. * +
