i was on my way to create i topic with a similar problem. Everytime i download i get the msg tellin me i've reached my download limit for the day, or im already downloading. The msg comes from the site im downloading from usually filesonic or depositfiles. Anyone know how to get around this? * +

You guys are punishing yourselves now, why not jus get data bundles? I buy a 2.5gb data bundle for my GS2 monthly and average anywhere between 650kbps-5Mbps with HSPA+ depending on network traffic. * +

@unquiet1 you will get such messages from such sites because in as much as they are file sharing sites they only allow a single IP and they also have a limit on how muc you can download especially if you do not have an account with them. Try stick to direct links and you wont get such messages. @ bronzpot that could be with how the browser is identified by the site of which on newer phones you cant change but on prev OS you could change if the browser is detected as mozilla or phone browser *
