Over here we got 24 month contracts, so we gotta make sure we like what we buy......also, we can only return the phone within 7 days for same model if there is a problem...... * +

I'm using the 9900 n I have no problems with it. the battery life I knew about and it doesn't bother me, I get a whole day out of it but my 9780 was a day n half to two days. screen is amazing, keypad sooo comfy n easy to use especially when I text heavy. my network provider has offered a nice official software update which I did straight away when I got the phone. I may do unofficial updates in the future but I'm happy... * +

I did upgrade to the iphone 4 8GB but sent it back, I way prefer Blackberrys more n the look n design of the 9900. I am looking at a Android phone as my other phone is due an upgrade but it all depends what my carrier is offering... it defo will be an Android, I prefer Android over Windows. * +

my 9800 tourch battery is amazing better then my iphone 4s and gs2 I use a lot of internet and the bb 9800 holds 2 to nearly 3 days which is good my old n8 battery was good to * +

i took out a new contract for the bold 9900 bk in august n tbh phone is fine but i must say am not a heavy user of my bb as i have a iphone 4 too, so the battery on my bb lasts about 3days easy thats usin the bbm mostly. I owned a galaxy s2 which i gave to my brother wen i took out the bb contract i must samsung made a wkd device wit that one v slick handset reason for givin away jus bit big to have it wit my iphone *
