well its a cr*ppy system :-( my signal is on sos half the time and when it is available,the speeds are ginormously slow.....why am I being throttled if I dnt even dwnload 500 megs a month? :-( * +

it will only impact those that use the bis service for downloading gigs upon gigs of data just to fill their hard drives. I'm happy this has finally being implemented. I don't have to wait 20minutes to download a 5mb attachment, or do I still need to? Cell c has gone this route and I have noticed it takes so long to download/upload attachments now. *
