my contract upgrade is due soon and I'm using the 9780... shall I go for the BB 9900? I'm not interested in the new Curve or Torch... or has anyone heard about any new devices at the start of next year? what do u guys think I should do? * +

i still think 9780 is the best there is. simply coz of battery life, 9900 will give u HSPA+ but with a battery that wont last long. Liquid graphics on 9900 though is worthy of checking out. there should be Curve 9350, 9360 and 9370 coming out soon. at only 99grams in weight they'll be a massive hit. but battery for me is most crucial. and 9780 will give u best of both if you're happy with OS 6 * +

thanks for your input... yeah the liquid graphics make it look really different... I do love the Bold 9900 design n size... when I upgrade I get to keep the 9780 as well so I think I'll go for the upgrade but wait till I get the right plan * +

Phlykid, the 9900 has a full touch capacitive screen, 9780 doesnt, it has a 2.8 inch screen compare to 9780 2.4 inch. Resolution is 640x480. 9780 is 480 by 360 like my 8900 :x. 9900 has HSDPA 14.4! it also has 720p Video recording, OS7 and and a 1.2GHZ Processor. the 9900 is an EXCELLENT phone. Excellent is not even the word. 9780 looks completely out dated in front of the 9900. * +
