ok my bb 8520 has been having fluctuating BIS since the worldwide outage and its affecting charging as well if I turn off my radio or my data service my phone charges fine. if a do a battery pull the prob is fixed for a while then it goes back to slow unusable service. service provider has tried but to no avail and I'm the only one I knw with this issue at the moment help me pls *
