How is it pos that my 3G shows big caps with logo when network is down, I did some browsing yesterday while my bis showed 3G with logo and now have no airtime left, MTN said I did not connect to BIS but to their GPRS server ! *

Ask how I will know when bis server is up and running they said I must go on internet every 2 - 3 hours to check but will be billed if it is still down , can't they make the bis small letters because this is confusing ! *
