i dnt hav facebook or twitter nd mine drains too quickly too. just 4 email accnts and weather. mine s*ck on d charger most of d tym....is dat a bad ting? * +

No, the bb battery doesnt build memory, and cannot b overcharged. If the battery gets hotter than a slight fever while charging, it might mean its on the way out. Same when using apps, it shouldnt get too hot. * +

Ive noticed that a completely drained battery will be hotter than normal when being charged, but it should cool about halfway thru the charging process. * +

Speaking of charging, i bought myself one of those magnetic induction chargers at Gallagher estate expo about 2 years ago, basically u just put the phone(s) inside the basket, but that destroys the battery quickly, and the lcd becomes black whilst charging. ive wasted R950 on the thing. * +

Also check your charger to see if it overheats, that means the resistance in the battery is too high, good time to consider a new battery. * +
